Amazon Account Management, Supervisor/Manager

The company has nearly 300 employees and have subsidiaries, Guo Rui Electronic Technology, Guo Rui Scientific Device and others. Guo Rui has integrated R&D, manufacturing, sales functions together. The primary products include performance auto parts, medical equipment, precise scientific device, healthy medical cosmetic electronic products. These products have been exported to North America and European market through B2B platforms.  



  1. Manage Amazon Account management to ensure faultless operation.
  2. Conduct market and competitors study and react to market changes sensitively and lead the team to achieve sales goals.
  3. Manage sales statistics on product and account basis and formulate promotion and clearance campaigns; Execute and lead the campaigns through all the stages.
  4. Track and analyze the launches of new products; report problems in the sales in a timely manner; and make feasibility suggestions.
  5. Optimize departmentworkflowandlead the team to improve performance continuously.

Qualifications and experiences

  1. Bachelor degree with major in Marketing, International Business or other relevant subject; having at least 4 years experiences in Amazon Account with minimum 1 year managerial experiences
  2. Proven records in team management as well as Amazon’s overall sales business management to achieve goals and targets.
  3. Good understandings of foreign consumers’ purchasing habits and capable in problem solving.
  4. Be energetic, have strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure, take initiative for continuously innovation.

Compensation and Benefits

  1. Monthly basic Salary RMB10,000 – 20,000/Month plus Commission, negotiable.
  2. Company offers guaranteed basic salary, incentive bonus, mandatory social insurance pension scheme; no ceiling on total package.
